Materials from the March 26th Mesophotic and Deep Benthic Communities Restoration Webinar Now Available

The Open Ocean Trustee Implementation Group is pleased to share materials from its March 26, 2024 interactive webinar. The webinar provided information about four projects contributing to restoration of Mesophotic and Deep Benthic Communities injured by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. A total of 146 people attended the webinar.  

Project managers and subject matter experts from NOAA and the Department of the Interior U.S. Geological Survey provided overviews of project accomplishments from the 2023 field season and the activities planned for 2024. They also answered questions and provided information about how to access project data and reports.
